historic context of the prophecy of Isaiah. In addition this paper considers the
contentious issue of whether there were multiple Isaiah's or just one. I take
the position that there was just one.
Literary Style of Isaiah An extremely detailed
and slightly technical look at the literary style of Isaiah. Specifically
looking to see if the similarities between the first and second half of Isaiah
forms a case for either the separation or joining of the two pieces.
Isa 2 - That Day A look at the
expression In That Day which is discussed in depth in the second chapter of
Isaiah.
Isaiah 3 - Sin's Consequences for Judah - A
look at Isaiah 3, contrasting it to Isaiah 2 and attempting to show that it was
an immediate threat to Judah.
